Our client wished to reorganize and expand their existing home while retaining the quality, charm and setting that they already enjoyed. Working contextually to harmonize the new additions with the well ordered massing of the original dwelling, RKC placed a priority on developing new building elements that would not be obvious and would seamlessly compliment the whole. The new work included the addition of a 3 car, semi-detached garage, while infilling the existing attached garage with new fitness and bath/steam rooms. Also added were a new family room, walk out terrace and basement wine cellar.
