RKC was asked to insert educational, activity,training and community
spaces within the envelope of an existing 25,000
square foot industrial structure. The new center serves to support
mentally challenged adults while mainstreaming with the Greater
Northeast Community. This adaptive reuse of a vacant warehouse facility
underscores the mission of SPIN, Inc. by providing new life to an
underutilized resource.
