Building Alterations 601 Knight Road Building Exterior Facade enhancement included restoration of entire concrete facade. Originally built in the 1960’s, the structure’s concrete surfaces had deteriorated and in many places had worn down to expose steel reinforcing. Although all the original building elements were valued and kept, the new finishes and colors of the building provide a much friendlier presence for this building which is fronted by residential development. |
